If you hear a Bell Canada message saying “The line is busy…” or “Cannot complete call…” please call Tech Support right away at: 1-888-688-6326.

2) When you hear a busy signal you hang up. The systems will recognize your phone number and call you back in seconds.

3) When you answer your phone you  should hear a dial tone – enter your number without the “1″ (as if it was local).
